This name wasn’t picked from a naming agency shortlist, or pulled from a generator. Roha is a word people from North Sumatra use every day — to describe a feeling, an intention, and a decision in a single word.
For a studio that deals with visual decisions every day, this word feels right. It reminds us: good design starts with clear intent. Everything else follows.

Quiet on the surface, considered underneath.
Design that doesn’t shout, but every choice has a reason. Spacing, sizing, color — we can explain all of it if you ask.
Warmth is a discipline.
Warmth isn’t an accident. It’s chosen, measured, intentional. Like a person who’s warm — not because they forgot to be professional, but because they meant it.
Systems, not decoration.
We build design systems, not one pretty page that falls apart on the second update. Components, tokens, documentation — so it still feels right a year from now.
Ship it, don’t polish it forever.
Shipped > perfect. Better a 1.0 that’s live than a 0.9 that’s delayed. What matters is knowing what to improve in the next iteration.
Five steps from brief
to handoff.
Briefing
Discovery call, scope alignment, deliverables. We make sure we understand the problem first — not jump straight to a solution.
Exploration
Mood board, wireframes, direction. We pick two or three directions to test before committing to one.
Design
Visual design, prototype, interaction details. The longest phase, with a weekly review rhythm.
Iteration
Revisions, refinement, polish. A big round of revisions, not little ping-pong loops that wear everyone out.
Handoff
File delivery, documentation, 2 weeks of support. We make sure the dev team has everything they need.
